Ordering: All orders are subject to availability. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars.
Delivery: Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, or you can choose pickup from our Ashburton warehouse. See our Shipping & Delivery page for freight-free orders.
Returns: Feed cannot be returned once opened, or if it has been damaged or compromised. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at sales@hekeao.nz. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Feeding: Feeding rates on this website are guidelines only. Talk to your vet or equine nutritionist about your horse's individual needs.
Privacy & Safety
We collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, contact and delivery details, so we can process your order and reply to your enquiries. We don't sell your information.
Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing sales@hekeao.nz. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
